Group profiles to be sent to BM
To confirm a presentation is possible to present to all groups during assembly.
Presentation:
- To add individual profiles (3 facts each) to be sent to SB
- What we are doing
- When we will be starting
- Volleyball information
Response:
Assembly to be conducted in the first week back after Christmas and the sessions start to take place the week after.
Individual Roles:
- SB to create the presentation
- SK to update the GANNT chart and to arrange the next group meeting through the new closed Facebook group. Created by (SK)
- DD to start to create posters
- BM uploading information onto the blog
- BR/CK to discuss what will be in the session and health and safety.
