The first initial point of contact with the school was very important as we are representing the university. Therefore it was essential for the initial email to be written correctly, and in an appropriate, professional manner. Deni is the first point of contact to Suzy McPhail. Dear Suzy,
My name is Deni and I am a sport student from the University of Lincoln. I am emailing you regarding the volleyball project due to begin soon at St Peter’s and St Paul’s school. We have received the details of all that is expected of us and all we must aim to achieve. In order for us to begin planning it would be great to meet you in order to discuss what is going to happen within the project at the school. I would be grateful if you could please let me know when is best for you ASAP. The six of us will be happy to come to the school to meet you and discuss ideas. We are very excited about this project and we are keen to get started!
